Six blocks to lake, seven miles to Northstar, five miles to Casinos, US Forest Across Street, ten miles to Diamond Peak, 12 miles to Mount Rose, 16 miles to Alpine Meadows, and 17 miles to Squaw Valley.

Upstairs, the spacious open area kitchen, living, dining room with gas burning Theilin woodstove on river rock hearth is perfect for large family gatherings or romantic get-aways. Features include new cherry wood floors, high ceilings, and large sliding glass doors leading to south-facing decks.
The first level consists of three full bedrooms and one bath. Two of these bedrooms have one queen-size bed each, and one bedroom has two twin beds for the kids. Dining area seats eight, seats ten with extension. Master suite with bathroom is also upstairs.
